Spring is a great time to grab your guide book and a friend and head out to the woods and fields in search of some truly wild food.  Not quite sure what's edible and what isn't?   In this class we'll discuss (and eat!) some of the premier wild spring edibles of our region,  share some delicious recipes, and go over wild-crafting guidelines to ensure a safe and ecologically sustainable harvest.  Participants will all share a wild food dish made together in class!
